You can upgrade them by completing different quests and challenges.
The energy you generate during exercises is a vital essence for their existence. You start the game with one of the chosen Avatars. The more you move, the more levels your Avatar gains and the further they can go through the story. It records your distance, time, kcal, speed, pace, and gained altitude, and provides comprehensive stats based on this data.
